ArmourNet Maintenance Support Plans & Maintenance Services

At NetMage, LLC, we know that our clients make our business. We do our best to meet your growing IT needs with our distinctive services. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST.

We offer several IT maintenance and project services designed to work with your IT structure.

In order to facilitate the unique and ongoing IT needs of our diverse client base, we also have created an innovative new support service called the ArmourNet Support Plan. Customizable to fit to your IT needs, the ArmourNet Support Plan fits into almost any budget. Simply choose the ArmourNet Service Level best suited to your business:

ArmourNet Silver
Perfectly suited for small companies or larger organizations that require timely and cost-effective ongoing maintenance for their office technology challenges. It provides the basic management tools needed to run your enterprise smoothly and efficiently. This plan provides you with 2 full days per month of maintenance support with 1 maintenance support incident per month.

ArmourNet Gold
The best choice for organizations that have frequent IT challenges that require immediate attention and ongoing support. This plan provides you with 4 full days per month of maintenance support with 3 maintenance support incidents per month.

ArmourNet Platinum
The most comprehensive IT support package that NetMage offers. It is designed for highly-demanding organizations that face multiple mission-critical challenges that are both intense and rigorous. This plan provides you with 8 full days per month of maintenance support with 5 maintenance support incidents per month.

During your scheduled maintenance support days, service is provided by a professional NetMage engineer at your site to perform operations which include: review of system and security logs, verification of backups, user support, core system health checks, installation of patches and upgrades, resolution of hardware maintenance issues, (i.e., parts replacement), resolution of software issues, and execution of minor projects at the strategic direction of management. At the end of each visit, the NetMage engineer is trained to leave all designated key personnel a report of the day's activities. This allows you to see your return on investment every time we are there, and allows us to show you the progress being made on your IT tasks.

Support incidents are used to address those on-the-fly 'fires' and 'issues' that cannot wait until the next scheduled service. NetMage will provide the number of support incidents per month to you as provided by the ArmourNet Service level you have chosen.
